Returns & Refund Policy — Gharelu Swaad Snacks & Sweets

At Gharelu Swaad Snacks & Sweets, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. Every snack we send out is handcrafted with care, and we take pride in maintaining the highest quality standards. However, if you receive a damaged or unsatisfactory product, we’re here to make it right.

This Returns & Refund Policy explains the conditions and process for returns, replacements, and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide clear video and photo evidence showing the issue (damage, spoilage, incorrect item, etc.).

Without video and photo proof, we will not be able to process the return or replacement.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns in cases where:

  • The product has been opened, used, or partially consumed.
  • The complaint is made beyond 3 days of delivery.
  • The product has been stored improperly (e.g., exposure to heat or moisture after delivery).
  • Taste or personal preference is the reason for dissatisfaction.

3. Valid Return Reasons

We accept return or replacement requests only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a wrong item.
  • The product was damaged or spoiled upon arrival.
  • There is visible contamination or leakage in packaging.

4. Return & Replacement Process

To initiate a return or replacement:

  1. Email us at info.ghareluswaad@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include the following details: Order ID, Description of the issue, Attached photos and a short video clearly showing the product condition and packaging.
  3. Our support team will review the evidence within 2 business days.
  4. If approved, we will: Ship a replacement product at no extra cost or issue refund (in specific cases where replacement is not possible).

 

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.


5. Return Shipping

You do not need to ship the product back unless explicitly requested by our support team. In cases where a return is required, we will provide the courier pickup details and instructions.


6. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be processed if:

  • The issue is reported beyond the 3-day window.
  • Sufficient visual evidence is not provided.
  • The product was damaged after delivery due to mishandling.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
