1. General Shipping Information
We currently ship our products across India through trusted courier partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery. All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
Our standard delivery timeline is 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.
2. Shipping Options
We offer the following delivery options:
a) Standard Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 5 to 7 business days.
- Available for most serviceable PIN codes in India.
- Tracking number provided upon dispatch.
b) Express Shipping
- Faster delivery depending on your location and courier partner serviceability.
- Additional charges may apply.
- Available only in select regions.
If express delivery is available for your area, you’ll see the option during checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is successful.
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Total order weight
- Selected shipping speed (Standard or Express)
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly mentioned on our website.
5. Tracking Your Order

6. Delivery Delays
We make every effort to ensure timely delivery. However, certain factors outside our control may cause delays, including:
- Remote or non-serviceable locations

In such cases, we’ll keep you updated and assist you in tracking your package until it reaches you.
7. Shipping Coverage
Currently, we only ship within India. We’re working on expanding our delivery network to international locations soon.
If your area is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout, and no payment will be processed.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery at info.ghareluswaad@gmail.com with your order ID.
We’ll investigate and arrange for a suitable resolution — replacement, refund, or store credit — depending on the case.
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us immediately, and we’ll work with our courier partner to locate it.
9. Address Changes & Delivery Attempts
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at checkout. Once an order is shipped, changes cannot be made.
Couriers typically attempt delivery two to three times. If undelivered after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us. Reshipping may require additional charges.
