Payments are processed securely via Cashfree and other trusted payment gateways integrated into our Shopify platform. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.

In case of payment failure, please verify your bank account balance, internet connection, and card information. We are not liable for any banking or network-related delays.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Our shipping and delivery process is governed by our Shipping Policy. Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days, with express options available depending on courier partner serviceability.

Once the order is shipped, ownership of the goods transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect address information.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 3-day return policy in case of damaged or unsatisfactory products, subject to photo and video evidence provided within the time frame.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if not yet shipped. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.

If a cancellation request is made after shipment, you may refuse the delivery; however, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
