The Taste of Home, Delivered.

This is the classic. The original. The exact taste you grew up loving. Our Authentic Atta Thekua is made using the traditional Chhath Puja recipe passed down through generations.

Unlike commercial snacks that are full of air and preservatives, our Thekua is dense, earthy, and satisfyingly crunchy. Made with coarse Whole Wheat flour and made with pure Desi Ghee, it carries the warm aroma of fennel (saunf) and cardamom in every bite.

Why This is the Real Deal:

  • Authentic Texture: This is not a soft cookie. It has the signature "hard crunch" of a traditional Thekua that makes it perfect for enjoying with hot tea.
  • 100% Whole Wheat: We use coarse-ground Atta for that rustic texture. No Maida.
  • Pure Desi Ghee: The only fat we use. It preserves the shelf life naturally and gives it a rich flavor.
  • Hand-Molded: Each piece is pressed on a traditional wooden "Saancha" by hand.

Ingredients: Whole Wheat Flour (Atta), Sugar, Pure Desi Ghee, Fennel Seeds (Saunf), Cardamom (Elaichi), Dry Coconut (Gari).

Shelf Life & Storage:

  • Best before 45 days.
  • Store in an airtight jar. This snack is travel-friendly and does not spoil easily.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is this Thekua soft or hard? Authentic Atta Thekua is traditionally hard and crunchy. It is denser than Maida Thekua. If you prefer a softer, flakier texture, please try our Maida Khasta Thekua.
  • Is this the same as Chhath Puja Thekua? Yes! We use the exact same ingredients and method. It is the pure, holy taste of the festival, available all year round.
  • Is it suitable for kids? Absolutely. It is made of 100% Atta and Ghee with zero preservatives or chemicals. It is a much healthier alternative to store-bought biscuits.
